Well mines Lv68 and it knows
Ice beam
Ice ball (i recomend this one if you got rid of it go to the move teacher guy and give him a heat scale)
Shear cold
Arora beam
But mine has all ice type cause I wanted it to be able to defeat grass, ground, flying, and dragon
It all just depends on what you want to do with your walrein

Walrein is a great pokemon. He needs to utilize his STAB(Same Type Attack Bonus) So give him at least Surf and Ice Beam since hes Ice/Water. Next you might want to go for Paralysis so give him Body Slam. But since his Attack isin't the greatest, we can give him Curse. Attack will rise and Defense will also, so you can Curse so Body Slam does a lot. I hope this helps.

Ice Beam
Surf
Hydro Pump
And a move of your choice

Hi it should know ice beam, sheer cold, surf and double edge.

You should know that double edge can also hurt you though so use it a a risk
