Question for Pokemon Emerald
Hello. Okay this is sort of a Pokemon related question. I have heard visual boy advanced a few times so I was wondering what it was and what it does. Also I heard it was like illigal.

Visual Boy Advance is an application that plays image dumps, or ROMs, obtained from GBA cartridges. Because it is illegal to own a ROM without owning the original game, having an open-source VBA is categorically illegal as well.
