What is a good team for the battle pike I really want to beat her
I can get any Pokemon from emerald ruby and fire red

Well look at her weaknesses, What does she have?, What type would be good against her team?, and then think, which Pokemon has these abilities. Then use the Pokemon that you think will do the most damage.

A good team would be:
Electric PKMN:Thunderbolt, Protect(DoubleTeam), IronTail(DoubleEdge), MirrorCoat(Counter or Rest)
Psychic PKMN:Psychic(Extrasensory), CalmMind, Protect(DoubleTeam or FocusPunch), Toxic(ShockWave)
Steel PKMN:IronTail, Earthquake, Protect(DoubleTeam), Swagger(Rest)
Or
Dark PKMN:ShadowBall, Crunch(FaintAttack or DoubleEdge), Protect(Toxic or Rest), Counter(Roar or IronTail)
First have your Psy type and use it to blow away her Seviper. Then if she sends Milotic out use ShockWave to take it out. If she makes you Psy faint, send your
Elec type out and finish it with Thunderbolt. If she sends out her Shuckle destroy it with IronTail. If you Pokemon knws Swagger then only use it on her Shuckle because it doesnt know any attacks. If she uses DoubleTeam more than 2 times use FaintAttack or another move that doesnt miss.
Here are some good choices 4 the types:
Electric:Raichu, Manectric
Psychic:Alakazam, Gardevoir
Steel:Aggron, Metagross
Dark:Absol, Saybleye
Follow my advice right and you should beat her.

It would all depend on the weaknesses she has then base them off of that or the strongest that you have

You're going to want a psychic type for Seviper. I recommend Metagross because he is immune to poison. Secondly, I recommend any water type for Shuckle. I used Gyarados. And last , I recommend a pikachu holding light ball that knows volt tackle or a Raichu that knows Volt Tackle becuse it cannot be Mirrorcoated by Milotic.
