Hi. Where do you find the strnegth HM?
Also where do you find the pokeblok case?
I found them last time but forgot where they were.

You can get Strength when you smash the rocks in Rusturf Tunnel. The guy will give it to you.
I think you can find the Pokeblock case in the Contest Hall in Lilycove City.

Get Rocksmash, Go to the Vendanturf - Rustboro cave and use Rocksmash on the Rock seperating the Kung fu guy and his girl friend, and then he will give it to you.
