Question for Pokemon Emerald
Ok my last team got a perfect 10/10 for regular battling I'm trying to get gold symbols in battle frontier so can some body tell me a good team to use for battle frontier or you could tell me hoe my team would do(all lvl 100)

Never teach a Pokemon rock smash unless you have to!
Some good frontier Pokemon are:
Rydon
Latias/latios
Salmance
Regirock
Rigesteel

Im afraid only the last 3 of your Pokemon will be allowed to battle, No legendaries are allowed...
4 Of your Pokemon know fly, if theyre going to know flying moves, Teach them Aerial Ace.
The Pokemon are good, but the Moves arent good. For the Pokemon, 10/10, for the moves -6 = ~4/10~

No it is not a good team, you have two flying and two rock pokemon. Use:
Zapdos: Thunder, Rain Dance, Drill Peck, Earthquake.
Salamence: Dragon Claw, Crunch, Flamethrower, Aerial Ace.
Metagross: Meteor Mash, Psychic, Shadowball, Earthquake.
Sceptile: Leaf Blade, Thunderpunch, Aerial Ace, Earthquake.
Typholsion: Flamethrower, Thunderpunch, Brick Break, Earthquake.
Blastoise: Surf, Ice Beam, Crunch, Rock Slide.
