Where do you catch hitmontop? And where do you get the mystic ticket and how do you get to navel island? How do you get the Aurara Ticket and how do you get to Birth Island? And also where do you get the old sea chart from and how do you get to Faraway Island? Sorry about all the questions it's just this game is confusing!!!!

To catch Kyogre, go to the weather institute and talk to the guy that gave you Castform. He will say it is raining heavily on a certain route. Go to that route and there is four possible places he can be. Use dive wherever you can on that route only and eventually you will find an underwater cavern. Go through the cavern and you will eventually run into Kyogre. You do the same thing to catch Groudon except the guy at the weather institute and he will say the sun is shining on a certain route. Go to that route and there will be four possibilities again. Groudon is inside a cave opening on that route. Once you find this cave opening (It's not the opening to Meteor Falls but close to there) go inside and you will eventually find Groudon. Sorry, I am not sure on the rest of your questions!

This game is not confusing, your probably too young to understand it.

1.Go to the Weather Institute after you beaten the E4 and talk to the man who gave you Castform he will say what route there is heavy rainfall on, go to that route and look for a small patch of deep water, dive down and follow the cave through to find Kyogre.

2. Use Mean Look to stop him from fleeing.

3. You cannot obtain Hitmontop in Emerald you must trade him over from Fire Red or Leaf Green.

4. The tickets can be obtained through a special Nintendo event which are very rare (USA and Japan only) or cheat and use a GS / AR

To catch Kyogre, you have to have beaten the Elite Four first. You then go to the Weather Institute and talk to the guy who gave you Castform and he will give you a route. Go to that route, find a diving spot, and dive into Marine Cave to find it.

There is no secret to catching Gligar, you just need luck.

You can't catch Hitmontop in Emerald. You have two other ways to get it.
1. Trade from Colosseum.
2. Trade Hitmonchan/Hitmonlee from FR/LG, then breed for a Tyrogue. Level it up to level 20 and make sure that it has equal Attack and Defense stats, and it will evolve into Hitmontop.

To get a Mystic Ticket, you have to either cheat or go to a Nintendo Event which I don't think they appear anymore. Talk to the Ferry guy in Lilycove City and he'll see that you have the Mystic Ticket [if you have it (other wise you have to cheat)] and will take you to Navel Rock.

Same thing with Aurora Ticket.

Same thing with the Old Sea Chart.
