Hmmm I don't think so unfortunately. Maybe he got depressed when you beat him the first time, because he never wanted to battle me again. Sometimes I check back just in case :P

Nah he doesnt, If your thinking about ways to train your Pokemon, theres no better way, than the Elite 4 ;)

I think it's the same as red on g/s/c, so defeat the Pokemon league and then you can battle him again! (i think)
