6/ 10. Decent monsters with okay move sets.
Corsola does not evolve. You cannot catch Larvitar or Pupitar on Emerald.

Corsola does not evolve, and no larvitar isnt available in Emerald.
Your teams pretty good. You should try Earthquake for Strength on Metagross, and maybe luster purge for surf, Try something different for Blizzard, it's not a good move. Fire spin will have to go in the long term, and your Salamence is looking good.

Salamence.. Eh! 50-50.
Ninetails.. Change Fire Spin for iron tail.
Walrein... Blizzard for Earthquake.
Lileep... Keep traning.
Metagross...Strength for Earthquake.
That's it!
No, it doesn't evolve. And, no, you can't catch it.
