What does the alterling cave do? And how do get the other tickets to get the other rare pokeman?

The altering cave is unlocked after defeating the elite four and the only Pokemon I have ever found in it was zubat, but I think there is a mystery behind it.
You can go to a nintendo event and they will program the tickets in your game, or use an action replay.

An e-reader device can be used to alter the species of Pokemon that appear in this cave. Aside from that, nothing important resides in there.
Also, the Mystic Ticket, Aurora Ticket, and Eon Ticket can only be obtained with use of a cheating device (such as Action Replay or Gameshark PRO) or by visiting a Nintendo-sponsored event.

Altering cave is strange, It doesnt have any value though.
Oh and you have to go to a Nintendo Event to get those tickets...

1.Nothing it's just a normal cave.
2.What rare Pokemon,but you will have to use a cheating device any ways.

That cave is nothing special.. Just a great place to catch Zubats.. And to get the other tickets you need a cheat device.

Catch zubats, of use acheat device to get more pokemon.
You need to trade, cheat or nintendo events to get the other rare ones.
