Question for Pokemon Emerald

What should I do? My team is hard to train and there is nothing to do in my game.
Heres my team. (it isn't the best)

Blaziken 68
Cut
Blaze kick
Fire blast
Sky uppercut

Surf
Giga drain
Waterfall
Dive

Metang 40 (in training)
Shadow ball

Earthquake

Thats a pretty nice team if I were you I would start a new game and get diffrent pokemon.

Train Rayquaza to level 100 and Groudon and Kyogre to level 75 (they learn a really good move.)

I'd give your team a 6. Good Pok'emon choices, but not so great movesets given.

Your Pokemon are HM slaves, if I want to use a HM I will just go to my pc get a weak Pokemon teach it the move, use it then put it back in the pc.

Moves are not good

Legendary Pokemon are not that good in the R/S/E games.
