1.where do you get dragon scales
2.i have a rayquaza lvl100 what moveset should it have it already has fly,thunderbolt,overheat and outrage

Hello
1. You can find wild Bagon and horsea holding dragon scales. This is a rare occurence, but you'll have to keep trying until you find one holding a dragon scale so that you can evolve your seadra.
2. I think you have a pretty good moveset there. Maybe you could delete overheat for a more sustainable fire move such as Fire blast, as it doesn't loose power the more you use it.
P.s I'm not telling you my addy cause thats creepy!

You ge t the dragon scales on some dragons eg horsea.
But I found mine on my Bagon!
Give it Extreemespeed, ice beam, thunderbolt, dragon claw

1.it's attached to some wild bagons and horsea.
2.my advice is that you give it dragonclaw,aerial ace,ice beam and earthquake/flamethrower.

1.) Wild Bagon and Horsea. You coulget them in fire red or leaf green (the battle tower thingy)
2.) Rayquaza could be either physical or special:
Physical: Dragon Dance, Choose 3: Aerial Ace/HP Flying/EQ/RockSlide/Extremespeed/Return/BrickBreak
Special: Ice Beam, T-bolt, Flamethrower/Surf/Crunch/Dragon Claw, Flamethrower/Surf/Crunch/Dragon Claw
