Bonsley and Munchlax are not obtainable in Emerald. You need to wait for Diamond and Pearl versions in 2007. Sorry

You don't, Bonsley and Munchlaz are for Diamond and Pearl versions.

Those Pokemon can be seen in the new game for ds called Diamond and Pearl. Try looking in the cheat selection! If you didn't find it! Google it up!
