2. You use the wailmer pail. Then it will attack. (recommend you catch it it's the only one you get in the game).

P.S.
It will be at lv. 40.

Yes it is a sudowoodo.

If you have the wailer pail, use it on sudowoodo.
If you don't have it, go to the flower shop near rustboro city, a girl will give it to you.

Yes,the wiggling tree is a Sudowoodo.
To get past that you will need the watering can from the Pretty Petal Flower Shop.
