It apears randomly. That's it! No Pokemon needed, not the whether or your trainer card. Try looking at the cheat selection for this game.

It does appear randomly but you DO need Pokemon to make it appear. Every one of your Pokemon has an ID number. It depends on the ID number of the Pokemon in your party whether it appears or not. Every day in the game mirage island has a different code. If one day mirage island has the same code as one of the Pokemon in your party then it will appear. Go to it quickly because it will disapear after 24 hours IN THE GAME. To check if it has appeared go to pacifilog city and talk to the old guy in the last house of the lower right part of the city. Talk to him every day and when he says he can see it go to it right away. Just keep surfing to the right of pacifilog city until you see it. It has a patch of grass with nothing but wynaut in it.It also has a certain berry growing there that you can't get anywhere else in the game so try planting some in hoenn so you wont run out. It also looks like there are ghostly celebi's that you can't catch floating in the air. Thats It Good Luck...................ST3V3N
