OK basically what they mean by that is that if the Identification Number of a Pokemon in your party matches the random number Mirage Island is given each day. So all you have to do is when you talk to the old man, bring Pokemon with a lot of different ID numbers.

Mirage island apeard randomly. You don't need id no, special Pokemon,wheater etc. It only appears randomly. The other way to make it appear is to use a cheat device.
