Their preety much balance so i'll give you 7/10
Kyoge: replace with earthquake or sheer cold.
Rayquaza: keep dragon claw and icebeam and put earthquake and aerial ace.
Typhlosion: keep flamethrower and teach it earthquake. If his able of dragon claw and aerial ace teach it. But by this time, your return should be power full.
Manetric: no need to change I guess. You have lots rain thanks to kyogre
Metagross:keep psychic and meteor mash and put earhtquake an aerial ace or keep sludge bomb for aeial ace.
Sceptile: you have to have sunny day if you want to keep solarbeam.
