NO there is no way in the world you can get missingno in none of the games except in Red/Blue.

No, you can not catch missingno in Pokemon emerald, only in red/blue/yellow.

Red blue and yellow are the only ones that you can glitch to get missingno as in not using cheats to get it. It has been in every game( I don't know about generation 5 though) but red blue and yellow are the only ones where you can get it legitimately
