Question for Pokemon Emerald
Everytime I go on Pokemon Emerald, I go to the man in Sootopolis city. He always says "I can't see mirage island today" Is there a special thing you have to do before you can get there?
P.s I've already completed the Pokemon league

Mirage island appears randomly. Wheather,pokemon nature/type/gender doesn't make mirage island appear. To get there easier, just use a cheat device.

It all depends on the Pokemon you have and the time of day but there are some action replay codes for it if you want them.
