Question for Pokemon Emerald
I had a question,will rayquaza still be available after beating the elite four.and should I use the master ball on any of the best four pokemon.

, Rayquaza is available ONLY after you beat the Elite Four. And the best four Pokemon, which four of these do you mean: Rayquaza, Groudon, Kyogre, Regice, Regirock, Registeel, Latios, Latias?
Anyway, I don't really think you should spend your Master ball on anyone oter than Lati@s. Like I told my friend, "at least Rayquaza doesn't run away..."

Yes he will still be available. He is in the sky piller where you found him before. You should bring master ball and mach bike.

Yes. If you have couple of master balls, then use it. But I caught my rayquaza by a pokeball, it took tons of time but it look more profesional. You could use any ball to catch him.

Yes he will still be there if you didn't catch him all ready,Well I didn't use my master ball on him,I didn't use my master ball at all.

Yes, Rayquaza stays. Don't use the master ball on anything except Latias or Latios.

Yes. The master ball should only really be used on Latios are Latias who really don't need a master ball used to catch them.
