Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hey I'm very new to this site but I wantd to ask a question. When you enter the wild Pokemon modifier cheats off of gameshark.com how do you get thos pokemen? I tried walking around in the grass and it doesnt work.

Uh did you put in a new emerald (on the gameshark) and put in the other mastercode? In case you didnt here it is.
