No it not's like Silver and Gold. But think you can dupliacte Pokemon with a cheating device.

Get a ditto from the fosil maniacs house( available after you beat the elite 4) then pick any Pokemon you want to duplicate. You can't duplicate the legendary pokemon. Then go back to the pokemon breader in mauville town and put your ditto any pokemon you want to duplicate. go for a walk and go back and talk to the man outside the house and he will give and egg.

The duplicate glitch was fixed in all the games after gold, silver, and chrystal...srry dude

I really don't theink that you can. On SGC that must have been a glitch that someone discovered.

For your information you can duplicate your Pokemon but an ar is needed. first withdraw three Pokemon that you don't want because they will learn sketch after you win the battle. Make sure the last three Pokemon you deposit are the ones you want to clone.
You need to have the walk through walls code and you need to be in the battle palace. What you need to do is walk through the front desk and through the door and then you will be starting your third battle (level 60 plus) you will need to win the battle then you can retire. there you have it you should have the last three Pokemon you deposited in your pc and in your party.
