Hmmm, I don't know how to get the ticket but I do know how to get jirachi and deoxys. There are two ways ( ihavent tested them)
the first one is get (or if you have one already) a gameshark or an action replay. Thne type the code (i think in the pc in your house. Your house in the game not in real life) and you should get it.
And the second one is use the wireless adaptor with another emerald game (you both have to have the wireless adapter) and then you should get the ticket hey, thats how you get the ticket I'm sorry I forgot. Then go to slateport and go to an island and I think theres a triangle or something that you have to touch or smething.
I don't really know but my friend told me that. I hope they work. Laterrrrrrrr
1.Use a cheating device.
2.No I think he is only found on the water.
A) All of those Pokemon can only be obtain by going to nintendo events, use a cheat device or trade with a friend.
B) Surskit is a bug type so I guess you should look in the grass. If your having trouble finding a Pokemon, trade with a friend or just use a cheat device!
