Ok
I know about the feebas and where to catch it.....BUT....i have also heard(from people who have it) that you can change around the spots where he is by changing the trendy phrase at dewford town. I have heard this from the internet so please don't say ask the person who told you about it. My question is: If you have caught Feebas (using the phrase), can you remember the phrase you used and what tile you found Feebas on. I ADORE Milotic and am dying to get one. PLEASE HELP!

Well it's different every game, you CAN change it by talking to the guy outside of the house in Dewford town, he will ask you whats cool and if you say no then he will ask you what is, and you have 2 words you can put in, finding which trend and which tiles, they're 6 of the hundred tiles in the water in the north part of route 119, and you have to use any rod to get it, so good luck, sorry

If you keep the Phrase the same, and you find a correct tile, you can continue to fish in that one tile to find Feebas. I recommend you catch two, a male and a female, so you can breed them later.

Well I don't know about the phrase but I caught my Feebas at Dew Ferd island.

It doesn't matter. There is NO CORRELATION WHATSOEVER between the two unless you mixed records with someone, in which case Feebas will appear in the same spots on both games.

That is not how it works. See, whenever you change the trendy phrase, the tiles where you find Feebas are randomly picked. Example: you change the phrase at Dewford and catch a feebas, then the phrase is changed, and you decide to change it back to your original, you won't find feebas in the same tile, unless you're really lucky. It's not the phrase that decides where feebas is, so no one can help you, you just have to be patient.

I used the prhase 'Water Pokemon' It work prefectly. Try using it. Also use a Super Rod.
