No, it's rubbish.
Powerful moves such as those don't help you, AT ALL in battle. They have low PP, low accuracy, and hyoper beam recharges after usage.
This would be much better.
Flamethrower
Swards Dance
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt

Its ok but you would never last in a long battle or battles as all of the moves only have 5 pp each. Appart from the fact that it wont last long it's great.

I don't like your moves for a couple reasons.
1) None of your moves support your pokemon's type.
2) They are all attack moves. Try moves like Recover.
3) They all have low accuracy (well, Hyper Beam doesn't, but it wastes a turn after).
I recommend Psychic at the least.

You have a great mewtwo! You can also do a combo on level 100 pokemon. You first attack with either fire blast, blizzard, or thunder two or three times, and then when it's on low health, to finish the Pokemon of for sure, you use hyper beam!

No man that is not a good Mewtwo,heres an example of a good Mewtwo:
Mewtwo level 100
Shadow Ball
Hidden Power
Physic
Ice Beam

Those are the moves Mewtwo is suppose to have in order to sweep.

Annefranman52 is incorrect as Swords Dance increases Attack, which does not help the other moves he put down.
Me, I'll suggest Calm Mind, Psychic, Flamethrower, and Substitute.
