Question for Pokemon Emerald
Is there any good Pokemon for the smart and cool contests(as in good combos)? I don't want to add any moves for the combo part I just want the moves that the Pokemon has already when it's caught and I also want the extra combo hearts to be 3 or 4. But if there isn't any 'natural' moves then just tell me any good combo moves for those contests. Thanks to whoever who answers. (PS I don't want to train the Pokemon just to get the combo moves)

Well, look through your boxes in the PC. Check the pokemon's summary, untill you find a Pokemon with 3 or 4 Smart/Cool moves. Give this Pokemon lots of Pokeblocks which enhance it's cool/smart status, and you should have no problem.

Try finding a Pokemon you want to use, Then give it pokeblocks that fill up Cool and Smart areas, then teach it 2 cool moves and 2 smart moves or use two different Pokemon and 4 moves on each.
