How do you find feebas?and how do you get the good rod?

The second part of your question I can''t remember sorry,but the first part I know,use a super rod and fish from Dewferd island.

NOT Dewford island.
Route 119, in six random spots along, or in, the river.

1) Anywhere on route 119, using any rod.

2) Surf right of Mauville City, and talk to the fisherman standing just on the shore of the water on the other side.

The first part you need the super rod and you can find him on route 119(left of Fortree if you get lost) and for the other part, a fisher man on route 118

You go to route 119 using a Super Rod. Locate a guy across the water from Maulville.
