Question for Pokemon Emerald

I have a few questions...

1. Where could I find a flygon or salamance

2. I got 8 badges and I also got rayquaza, where I could find groudon and kyogre?

3.what move should I teach rayquaza,absol,altaria?

4. What level thus argon evolve at?

I don't have the game, so I'm sorry I can't answer number 2, but the other three I can
Flygon- evlove from trapinch, hes the little turtle guy in the desert area, he evovles into a dragonfly thing then into flygon at level 50sih I think argon? 32 to larion then argon 42 and thats it?
Rayquaza- crunch, ice beam(no need for dragonclaw if you have ice beam, take out the dragon type plus others) thunderbolt/thunder, and flamethrower/brick break, I don't know really, theres too much for him to learn
Absol- slash, waterpulse/icebeam(not sure if you still have water pulse or not), shadowdball, aerial ace
Altaria- dragonbreath/ice beam, earthquake, aerial ace, and flamethrower I guess, sorry my brains fried this morning

Bagon to Shelgon to SALAMANCE

He evolves at level 42

2: After you beat the league.
3: Rayquaza
Thunder
Dragon Claw
Dragon Breath
Extreme Speed
4: Level 42.
