Question for Pokemon Emerald
Rate My Team:
Metagross:lv.47(take down,psychic,metal claw,pursuit)
Kyogre:lv.72(hydro pump,waterfall,sheer cold,double edge)
Groudon:lv.73(fire blast,dig,fissure,solarbeam)
Rayquaza:lv.72(fly,hyper beam, extremespeed,outrage)
Blaziken:lv.73(sky uppercut,blaze kick,dynamicpunch,fire punch)
Swampert:lv.74(surf,dive,return,earthquake)
I've been winning alot with blaziken and swampert, and I'm still trainning ny metagross.
1. question too umm.. how can I train metagross quick?

What a great team but you can train them a lot more so I give you a 8/10.

Metagross- not good- I would use hyper beam and earthquake to take avantage of it's huge attack instead of metal claw and take down
Kyogre-not good either-get rid of waterfall for thunder becuase of it's awesome special and drizzle ability- anything instead of double edge it has bad attack
Groundon-not bad teach it earthquake instead of dig and eruption instead of fire blast
Rayquaza is pretty good it needs a dragon move for it's STAB so outrage is good
Blaziken isnt too bad it has bad defense though overall- I would change dynamic punch for brick break and fire punch for over heat
Swampert- get rid of dive and return maybe toxic and rest would be good depends on it's nature
Keep battling the elite 4 over and over it's pretty monotonous but it's easy to level up pokemon

You have a good team there! I rate it 7 out of ten. You can also train your metagross quickly by going to the elite four, giving it exp. Share, and going in the victory road.
