Theres no way you can cycle here and look around. Use Max repels like you were doing and eventuly you should find it. Then You should battle it instead of it running because of wobbufett's shadow tag. Now it's up to you. Use your master ball or put it to sleep and then your chances of capturing it go sky-high.

Okay the 99 masterballs cheat is a big lie so sorry. Second Latias is found on LV.30 so don't use wobbuffet instead, I advise you use sudowodoo (IF YOU HAVE ONE) that knows block or Golbat and Duskclops that knows mean look and Latias has a pattern of following where you formaly went so you'll find him eventually.The trees I asked that question 4 months ago but no one knows.

1) Look harder. That's all I can say. I've never had any trouble finding my way around sootopolis. Maybe you need to surf across the water to get to an area where you can reach them. 2) I have no clue. I got all three regi's in my game before and talked to everyone in the lilycove department store and I didn't get anything.

3) Just be patient. You'll run into her eventually (especially if your not looking. I never find it when I'll looking). Try in the water to the right of Mauville.

3) It's completely random, the best thing to do is not try and look for it, it will appear eventually.

Don't use your bike or fly becasue it'll just get scared and it will keep moving everywhere.(will be harder to find)
