Question for Pokemon Emerald

I got three questions.
1. Can you catch a surskit in emerald

2. Can weak Pokemon (such as beutifly, surskit etc.) Pokemon that could win at the Pokemon league if you train hard and give them proteins, iron etc.

3. This may be hard to understand but still answer if you can. If you catch weak Pokemon like bug ones to get through the start of the game and use lots of exp.

On them when you could have used the exp on the stronger Pokemon would the stronger Pokemon still have enough exp. For the Pokemon league.

1) Yep, route 103 is your best bet.

2) Yes, if you give them lots of stat raising utems and carry lots of good items.

3) I don't get you...

gba_dude answered:

1)No.Only in Ruby.
2)They can,but I wouldn't reccomend them.
3)Your Pokemon don't need exp. For the Pokemon league, although you will defiantly need strong Pokemon to beat the league,it doesn't matter what level or type Pokemon you have to get in,as long as you have the 8 badges.
Also,I never used iron, etc.,and my Pokemon are very strong.

nintendo_dude answered:

1. No. Ruby and Sapphire only.

2. With the right stretegies they could be quite helpful.

3. Not all Bug pokmon are weak. Heracross kicks butt.

Yes they would.

1. Yes, you can catch Surskit, but only after seeing the news announcement on TV

2. Yes they can, but rember to train them A LOT before hand

3. If I am reading your question right, then yes, you can still find enough experiance in the world in order to get your Pokmon to a high enough level in order to beat the Elite Four + 1

Minnesota_Fan answered:

1. Yes you can. Look on Route 103. Remember this, whatever you can get on Ruby &/Or Sapphire, you can get it on Emerald.

2. Sorry, no comprendo.

3. All you need is alot of strong Pokemon & 8 badges to get to the Pokemon League.

Aeon-Flux answered:

1: Yes, Route 102.
2: Yes, Easily.
3: Thats not even a question dude.

Guest answered:

1)I'm not real sure. Bulbapedia has conflicting articles, one that says surskit can't be found, and the other saying it's swarm.

2)All pokemon can win the pokemon league. It depends on specific training, level, EV's, IV's, breeding and strategy in battle. It's really pretty complicated actually. I just master-balled Rayquaza and included a few other pokemon on my team to deal with the ice pokemon.

3)There's always experience. Ithinkyou're referring to easy trainer experience, but you could always resort to hard grinding. Besides, it's not easy to do so much specific effort point training with trainers.

TrainerFaiz answered:

1.yes it's on routes 102, 114, 117, and 120, but only after you see a news flash stating that the Pokemon has been spotted on one of these routes. If you enter a building which contains a TV, check the screen to see if it's flashing. If it is, it's a news flash, and it may announce the appearance of an otherwise-unobtainable Pokemon in a certain area. Just keep playing until you're lucky enough to see a news flash about Surskit
2.yes
3.I don't understand
