Question for Pokemon Emerald

Is there any way you can make a Feebas evovle instead of giving it max beuty?
Is there such thing as a Salamendra, if there is how do you get it?
How do you get Onix and Jirachi?

No there isn't.

Trade Onix from Fire Red and Leaf Green. For Jirachi you need some sort of ticket that you can download from a Nintendo Event or get from a cheating device like an Action replay or GameShark.

3a)Trade from FR/LG
3b)Connect your gameboy to your Nintendo Gamecube, then on the selection screen, go over 1(one) to the right and select get Jirachi. Make sure you have one space in your party. Then follow the steps on your Game Boy Advance/T.V. Screen and you should have a Level 5 Jirachi holding a Salac berry. It raises your Pokemon's speed.

2. If mean salamence yes evolve Bagon at lv 35 to shegon then lv 50 to salamence
3. Trade fr/lg/or use steal trainers Pokemon code jirachi cheat device does any know how encounter it
