Question for Pokemon Emerald
Hey. Im actually asking a question. My togepi is level 39 and hasnt evolved yet when it should have evolved at level 30. Its holding EXP share so don't say hes holding an everstone. Does it need to fully like me or do I have to trade it with an item or what do I have to do?

Togepi doesn't evolve on a specific level, You need to be friends with it. Make it love you.
