No you can't. You can only get one at a time. To get the other, you must return the one you currently have.

No, you have to exchange them. This does not hold true, however, for certain conditions imposed when cheating peripherals are used.

No, not unless you have a cheat device. I got both on Pokemon Ruby using an AR.

No but you can switch beteewn them if you go back and talk to the bike shop owner person

No, BUT if you want to switch out your bike to a different one, you can go back to the bike store and switch it out if you want to. But it's impossible to get both at once unless you have a cheat device.

This is about Emerald, there is no Energy Ball TM. You can get both bikes in ORAS though.If you are still looking for help with this game we have more questions and answers for you to check.
