I have a few questions:

1) is it possible to have a shiny mudkip? I want to have a shiny mudkip. When it hatch from an egg, is it possible to hatch a shiny pokemon?
2) How could a mudkip learn curse? I hatch many eggs but none of them knows curse.
3) can I breed my latios without using latias? I tried to breed it with a ditto but they play with others rather than with each other.
4) Where can I find a moonstone exept for the one in meteor falls? What Pokemon in emerald holds it? Do a jigglypuff holds it? Is it true that there are 4 moonstones there? Where can I find them?
5) where can I buy a tm thief?
6) what Pokemon holds a dragon scale?
