How do I find a Feebas?

Feebas is by far the toughest Pokemon to find. It's only found on route 119, just before Fortree City, in 6 squares on the river. I'll try to explain the "six squares" thing better...
While surfing on the river, or standing in one spot, that one spot where you are is one square. There are maybe at least 200 + squares on the river in route 119. Feebas is common only in six of those squares.
At each square, fish with the SUPER ROD 5 times. The only other Pokemon you'll find is Carvanah.
Not getting frustrated is difficult, but necessary. Be patient. Catching a feebas is well worth the effort, Milotic has good stats.
Once you find the spot, (you will eventually) and catch at least one male and one female,for breeding, evolve it into a Milotic by feeding it high quality Dry (beauty)
Pokeblocks until it's beauty condition is maxed out. Pamtre berries make good Dry pokeblocks, and you can get a pamtre berry by giving the phrase "Challenge Contest" to the Berry Master's wife.

The trendy phrase resets the feebas spots. Even if your phrase is the same as other people's, the feebas fishing spots WON'T be in the same place. Hope this helps!

You catch a feebas on route 119 with a good rod.

Ok here is how to get a feebas.First off I hope you have a lot of pateince because this takes a long time. It took me about 15 hours.In the whole game there are only 6 steps(or squares) in the whole game where you can get a feebas.You have to use a super rod. There are about 400 squares to fish in between the weather lab and route 18. South of the weather institute you can see a water fall as you cross a bridge .After you cross the bridgego south till you see a house then go left to the water and use surf.Start fishin.Catch 5 fish in each spot before you move on. Eventually you will find one. Getto the fisherman.Get on the beach next to the fisherman and use surf .Counting the space where you start go right 2 spaces and fish 12squares from there ( a square pattern)

This is for the phrase " exists balls" I don't know if it will work on other games. The prase I mean. Fish 5 times in each of those squares.Use a pattern so you wont lose you place and fish in spots you have already.
