If by that you mean take them from other trainers, no. The trainer will knock the pokeball away. Even if it's a masterball.

No.If you throw a ball at a Trainer's Pokemon,the screen will say:The Trainer blocked the ball.Don't be a thief!P.S:I think you can with Gameshark. Hope I helped!

No, but apparently you can do some wierd thing so you can steal from the Battle Factory. I don't know what it is though.

There is a code for catch trainers Pokemon in the AR codes page. When you throw the pokeball hold L+R. This has to be done at the right time or it won't work. Hell-child

No, they do not allow theft if you try the trainer just blocks the ball.
