Question for Pokemon Emerald

Does anyone know what to do on Southern Island where you get Latias/Latios if you picked Latios/Latias? If so can you walk me through it?

You're supposed to go right into the thicket and press A in front of the monument to make Latias or Latios materialise.

Simple, All you need is a cheating device with the codes to get the ticket and enable the ticket to work.

Though i've never been to the island my sources inform me that somewhere on the uncharted island should be a forest and in the middle of the forest is a clearing with an egg in the center of it. Once you reach the egg all you have to do is press A on the egg and the lati*s will appear on the other side of the clearing(which is only about the gamescreen wide) and viola the lati*s is ready for battle he/she wont run away unlike the other one who roams over hoenn. It's claimed he/she will be about lv.40 so be prepared because they wont show any mercy. and while your there there is claimed to be an item called soul dew which boosts a special stat on either lati but good luck finding it because i have no idea on its spicific location on the island
