What pkemon learns volt tackel or is there a move tutor or something or do you have to breed to get the move. Answers will be very much appreciated

I don't know if there is a move called volt tackle but if there is you probably have to go to a move touter.

The Pikachu Branch learns Volt Tackel. Breed a male and female PIkeachu toghter make sure one of them are holding Ligh Ball. Light Ball can be found by catching a Pikeachu that is holding one.

1) How to get a light ball?
---- get a nincada with an ability called compound eyes.
---- put it in first slot of your team.
---- go to safari zone, find pikachu and capture it until you get a light ball and
that's it.(note: be patient it will took a while)
2) Volt tackle!!
---- you need to have 2 pikachu(male and female) or 1 pikachu and you need a
light ball.
---- then breed it.(the light ball must be attached to one of the pikachu)
---- hatch the egg and puff....VOLT TACKLE

Pichu does... I am sure once you breed a Pikachu with another Pikachu out comes a Pichu, and Pichu is the one that learns it.
