Aerodactly: Not good. Use this moveset:
Rock Slide
Aerial Ace
Double-Edge
Earthquake
Gyarados: This guy has awful Special Attack. Give him Attack moves, exept for Surf:
Surf
Earthquake
Return
Dragon Dance
Magcargo: Keep Flamethrower and replace the others with Rock Slide, Sunny Day and Earthquake.
Claydol: Keep Earthquake and Ice Beam. Replace the others with Psychic and Rock Slide.
Sceptile: Keep Leaf Blade and Solarbeam, replace the other two with Leech Seed and Sunny Day.
Deoxys (Speed): Replace Thunder with Thunderbolt, keep the other moves.
