Rayquaza: Bad. Use this moveset:
Dragon Dance
Aerial Ace
Earthquake
Rock Slide

Kyogre: Keep Surf and replace the others with Ice Beam, Calm Mind and Thunder.

Sceptile: Keep Leaf Blade and replace the others with Sunny Day, Solarbeam and Leech Seed/Aerial Ace (go for Aerial Ace if you can't get Leech Seed).

Kabuto: When it evolves into Kabutops give it:
Swords Dance
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Aerial Ace/Return

Shedinja: Keep Return and Aerial Ace, reaplce the others with Shadow Ball and Silver Wind.

Groudon: Bad. Use this moveset:
Flamethrower
Swords Dance
Rock Slide
Earthquake

Teach Thunder to Kyogre, yes, but not Surf or Dive to Kabuto since he has bad Special Attack.

I don't know anything about �-Reader sorry since it's not out in my country.

Now bad 7.5 out of 10. Train your kabuto lots and get rid of sheer cold and fissure as they are not guaranteed to work.

Thunder for kyorge would be good as it hits every time thanks to it's special effect.

Don�t know about the e-reader sorry.

Ok sorry I wont rate your team but if you go on to www.serebii.net it will help.
First go down the links at the side and you'll see emerald. Then go to the opposite side and find the ereader. If this doesnt help I don't know what will.
