Question for Pokemon Emerald

How do I get a dratini in emerald, and a electabuzz, and entei and the 2 other legendary dogs and an evee, and gengar and hitmontop, hypno and jirachi, celebi, jynx, kabutops, lapras, larvitar, mewtwo, misdreavus, nidoking, poliwag, raiku, scyther, sneasel, suicune, togepi, tyrogue, chimecho. Please tell m,e as sone as possible. !!!!!

Chimecho is the only one that you can get in the emerald and is on top of mt pyre where the orbs are. The rest you have to use a cheat device or trade
