How to catch feebas? I can't find it I did b4 are there ne spots tht work for. And can comse1 explain the 6 square thing

Patience youngling, you will find it.
Out of 600 "squares" of water only 6 of them will contain Feebas and they change depending on the cool phrase in Dewford. Strange right? But oddly enough, thats how it works. And it works best with a Super Rod, because all you'll find besides Feebas with a Super Rod is Carvanah, not alot of variety. And besides, in the sqaures where Feebas appears, it's actually pretty common. So, does the patience comment make sense now?
