I need to know how to catch Deoxys & Jirachi WITHOUT using a Gameshark,AR, or live event. Thanks!

The only other way would be to trade with a friend. You can't get them otherwise.

You could trade Pokemon with a friend or cheat.

Jirachi can be traded from Pok�mon Colloseum if you have the bonus disk that comes with it. Then trade onto Emerald. You can't with Deoxys though.

Well, I can't help you with your request with regards to Deoxys, but Jirachi you can get through the Bonus Disk that comes from mail-ordering Pokemon Colloseum.

Deoxys you can only get in gameshark or aurora ticket but jirachi is possible without cheating. If you can find the gamecube game Pokemon channel, watch a movie at starlight camp, get either ruby or sapphire version then beat the elite four and make sure you have the GCN cable and you will be able to trade it over with it also holding the ganlon or salac berry. If you want it on emerald version then trade from ruby or sapphire version
