hi i have two questions.
1)how and where do you catch dratini
2)can sombody please tell me a trendy phrase for feebas and then tell me what square to catch him in cuz i really need him.

There is no Dratini, and there is no uniform correlation between the trendy phrase and Feebas' locations.

Dratini doesn't appear in this game, and there is no compatibility between the trendy phrase and the Feebas location.

POKEMON IS COOL answered:

1) You can't catch Drantini on Emerald, the only way to get it is to catch it in the Safari zone on Firered or Leafgreen or get one at Game Corner on FR or LG. 2) I'm not entirely sure, but try MUDKIP BALL or WATER POKEMON. As for the squares, I'm not sure about them. GOOD LUCK!

1) Not even in the game.
2) I used "Pokemon Water" I found him on route 119, and found him using a Super Rod.
