Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hey thanks for rating my team. I have Pikachu still because he has always been my favorute since the show started and I already have a Raichu Lv.55. All the Pokemon I have are only 3-4 levels higher because I have just been raising my Blaziken to Lv.100 along with Grovyle who is curretly at Lv.86( I don't like Sceptile for those of you who say evolve it+I already have on at Lv. 63). I have used the Item finder in the Safari for thitems and did not find any, besides the istem Sharp Beak is attached to a Dodou(who is only found in the Safari Zone).

Couple of Questions:
1) Does any other Pokemon (other than Dodou) hold the Sharp Beak?

2)Do you only get to choose one of the Johto Starters or all of them?

3)Anyone live in Arizona that has a Surskit/Masquerain, Lunatone or an extra Moon Stone?

4)How many Moon Stones are in this game I only found 1?
[ I only need 5 more Pokemon (excluding Jirachi and Deoxys) to complete the Heonn Dex].

Wher exactly did you guy(/girls) find Silver Pow(d)er and the Black Belt? I know what Route they're on but I can't find them at all.

1. Dudrio holds one as well, but you could get lucky with a Pokemon that has the pick up ability, but thats super random.
2. Only one, I chose Cyndiquil.
4.You can get one from a wild Lunatone or the pick up ability
5. I think that you have to fight some Bug Maniac after you fight him 5 times then use thief/covet. Same with the belt except it's some fighter dude.

1. I think Dodrio and Doduo are the only ones that hold Sharp Beak.
2. Only one. I personally recommend getting Totodile because he is my favorite.
3. You live in Arizona!! I'm so jealous. I hate it up here in Idaho. I do have an AR code for Surskit, Masquerain, and Lunatone. Sorry I don't live in Arizona though.
4.I don't go looking for Moon Stones so I don't know.

Here are your answers. Hope I help. I guess...?

First, At the Safari Zone, a Dodrio will hold it on very rare occasion.
Second, You only choose one. I hate it to.
Third, I live in Kentucky, But I think one of my friends moved there. It depends where.
Fourth, I think there are 2 or 3. You could get a Lunatone from a friend. They hold them.
Fifth, I battled a Bug Maniac five times and used thief. I did that with that a Black Belt, too. Covet works, too.
