Question for Pokemon Emerald

Where exactly do you find the Regi's? I've already caught the relicanth and I have a wailord. I've gone through all the sealed chambers, and read all the braille, but I don't know where you actually find the Regi's. Please answer ASAP, I'm leaving for Florida in a day and I need to know this!!!!

Regirock is in the Desert to the south, Regice is off Route 105 on the western side, and Registeel is on the southwest corner of Route 120.
