Question for Pokemon Emerald
Is there a way to duplicate Pokemon without an Action Replay or Gameshark?
Plus is there a such thing as a go ball wich allows your Pokemon to come out and follow you around?

No, There aren't any way o duplicate a pokemon. And No, You can't even do that.

My answer is no to both. You can't duplicate Pokemon without a cheat device and there is no ball like that.
