How and where do you get these Pokemon :

flygon, salamence, glalie, regirock, regice, zapdos, moltres, articuno, registeel, groudon, rayquiza, kyroge

Flygon:evolves from Vibravia and Vibravia evolves from trapinch.
Salamance:evolves from shelgon which evolves from bagon.
Glalie:evolves from snorunt.
Regirock:Seach this site because it's too hard to explain.
Regice:Too hard to explain,aswell.
Zapdos:only in fire red and leaf green.
Moltres:only in fire red and leaf green.
Articuno:Only in fire red and leaf green.
Registeel:search this site because it's too hard to explain.
Groundon:when you beat the E4,go to weather instute and a guy will tell you.
Rayquaza:At sky piller.
Kyroge:Same as Groudon.

Flygon - Get trapinch from the desert raise it to level 35 evolves to Vibrava raised it to level 42 - 47 and then you get Flygon.
Rayquaza- go to pacificlog then surf right to up and you see a tower where you know where you went early to help Groudon and Kyogre.
And the others I'll get information!

Flygon; From the desert as Trapinch. Salamence; From Meteor Falls as a Bagon. Glalie in a cave north of the city with the rocket place.
