1) There are three regi's, Registeel, Regice, and Regirock.

2) Safari Zone is the only place I believe.

3) The Regi's are in caves across the map, Rayquaza, Sky Pillar after defeating the elite 4, Kyogre and groudon, Cave Of Origin.

Spirit_Slash3r answered:

After you beat the E4 and get the national dex, the easiest way I found out how to get all the Pokemon for it was trade them from a different game. That or use something like action replay, gameshark, or Pokemon colloseum.
Rayquaza-Sky Pillar
Kyogre-Marine Cave
Groudon-Terra Cave
Regice-Route 105
Regirock-Route 111
Registeel-Route 120
Jirachi-cheat or Pokemon colloseum
Deoxys-cheat

GBA master 001 answered:

1)The Regis are three Pokemon (seperate) Registeel,Regirock and Registeel.
2)You can find them in the safari zone (not all of them),the minute you get in there,go up and take the first right you see and a person and tell you about the new place, but you have to beat yhe E4 first.
3)Its relly hard and long to explain all this, just search around this site.

Zelda Fan answered:

1.No there is 3 regis in this game, registeel is one of them.

2.Just look up the Pokemon you didn't catch on you poked and go to there location.

3.Thats one is to hard to answer because there are to meany of them.

Hope help

sk8tiger answered:

A:
1)What they mean by regis is Regice, Registeel, and Regirock.

2)The other way to get the rest of the Kanto and Johto Pokemon is by trading from Pokemon Colesseum (Gamecube), FireRed and LeafGreen(GBA).

3) The answer to # 2 works for this as well and the live Special Events.

Prof. Eevee answered:

1. Yes, that is one of them, the others are Regice and Regirock.

2. Trade from the other versions, or look in the right-hand side of the Safari Zone which was previously under construction. However, it is not possible to fill the National Pokedex just by checking the Safari Zone.

3.Groudon: At the Weather Institute south of Fortree where you challenge Winona, check with the scientist. If he speaks of a droughe on a certain route, head there immediately and look for a cave that wasn't there before- that is the Terra Cave. Groudon should be in one of those caves. If you battle and make it faint, just ask the weatherman again.

Kyogre: See above, except look for heavy rain. Remember to keep a Pokemon with Surf and Dive with you if you're looking for Kyogre as the Marine Cave where it resides is below the surface.

Rayquaza: Surf left and right of Pacifidlog Town. If you se an opening in the rocks, head through. You should find yourself in a cave. Head up through the opening and into the Sky Pillar.

On alternating floors there are cracks in the flooring, so keep the Mach Bike around to speed past. If you are too slow, you fall through o the floor below. You meet Rayquaza at the top.

Latias/Latios: Go "home" after beating the Elite Four, watch the television and it should be showing a bird fly over Hoenn. Talk to your "mother" and she will ask what colour the bird was. If you answer red, you get to catch Latias. Blue, and you get Latios. Choose the one you like (Latios has better overall stats).

Roam Hoenn until you encounter it. It will run if you don't incapacitate it with a faster Pokemon (sleep/freeze) or catch it. Once you encounter it, it will be shown on the tracking system of the Pokedex.

It only teleports like the dogs of G/S/C if you fly or if it flees from your battle challenge. It only moves one route if you change routes or enter a building.

This way, you can follow it around Hoenn. Once it is in your route, encounter rate should be very comon- 3/4 times out of 10, you will meet the bird.

Regi's: Get a Wailord (rod/evolve Wailmer) and a Relicanth (dive- very rare) and put the Wailord in first place in your party and the Relicanth last. Dive and look for a hidden cavern.

There, read the inscriptions and press A on the last tablet (on the wall). The ground should shake and the doors should open if you have done everything right.

The three tombs, scattered around Hoenn, will only fully open if you wait in one, use Fly in the middle of another and use Strength in the third (specific, I can't remember which).

Hope I helped, and sorry about this very long answer.

Prof. Eevee.

Aeon-Flux answered:

1) There are three; Regirock, Registeel, and Regice.
2) Need Pokemon that are at least above level 60.
3) Trade them from Pokemon Colosseum, Fire Red, Leaf Green, and Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness.
