1. Level 20, then it become a gyrados, it is a much stronger, but it's very hard to raise..
2. Do you already have caught rayquaza? If you do, it can be very good for the Pokemon league!

annefranman52 answered:

1) Level 18.

2) Have all your Pokemon at least level 60, have plenty of items like Max/Hyper potions, full heal's, revives...

girlygirl101 answered:

1. Magikarp evolves at level 20.
2. Very hard, depending on the level of your pokemon

vitor answered:

1-magikarp evolves at level 20
2-a good fihting Pokemon, a good dark one, a good ice one, and a good electic one.
To the first guy, sydney, a fighting Pokemon as no trouble, ti the second girl, phoebe, a dark Pokemon take care of it except sableye wich you have to use another Pokemon or the same if you want, but isn't much efective, the third old woman, glacia, the fifhting one beat it easy. If the fighting Pokemon is blaziken carefull with the surf moves wich are "held" by the sealeos and the walrein. The forth old guy, drake, can be beaten easily by an ice pokemon. Beware flamethrower and for kingdra use an electric pokemon. Finally for the champion, wallace, an electric Pokemon is the best, except whiscash wish you should use the ice Pokemon and milotic (i think he has one) use the ice pokemon. This is my hint. It look like more as a solution but is a hint Smile
Hope it helps

Zelda Fan answered:

1.It evolves at level 20,and if you train it in the day care it wont evolve.

2.Train your Pokemon to about 50+ or 60+.

Hope I help

MasterMilotic answered:

1. The daycare people don't evolve the pokemon. Magikarp evolves at level 20.

2. Have your Pokemon at around level 55-60. Or use Rayquaza.

Aeon-Flux answered:

1) On level 20... In the day care it will not evolve.
2) Have Pokemon from level 55 and above the Eite Four isn't all that powerful but you still need good trained Pokemon cause they use great skills while battling you. Good Luck.

Sapphire Dragon answered:

1) Pokemon DONT evolve in the day-care. So DONT TRY!

2) I recommend a variety of Pokemon that can defeat theirs.
They have to be strong.

I'm sorry, I dont have much more information, and I did it by training in many different places. I gave my Pokemon helpful items. Besides that, I think you need lots and lots of potions and revives. Oh, yeah, save in-between the fights: before and after, so if you die, you can turn the game boy advance/ DS off and start again.

I wish I could be more helpful. #Sapphire Dragon#
